The Grand Slam

One Challenge, One Year, Four Races. Go the Distance, Be a Legend! Door dit zinnetje werd ik getriggerd. De komende 10 maanden zullen in het teken staan van het volbrengen van de Grand Slam. Afgelopen weekend zou de eerste stap gezet worden in The Great Escape. Op vrijdagavond arriveer ik om 22:00 uur in Maboge. Over 4 uur zullen we hier vandaan met de bus naar Ettelbrück gebracht worden waar we om 04:00 uur gaan starten. Op het terrein zie ik al gauw bekende gezichten die meestal wel aanwezig zijn bij de evenementen van het Legends Team. De meeste lopers……………

The Other Side Of The Medal – By Peter Swager

About a year ago I finished the Legends Trail and a I remembered I said to myself I wouldn’t do it again. Not for the distance or the terrain but like Been There, Done That, What’s Next!! There are so many races where I want to be part of. It’s because I can always see the bottom of my wallet that makes me decide what is doable. Will I do a race for the second time or will I spent my money on something new from the bucket list. HQ in Mormont Still I wanted to be a part of……………
